Creating Permanent Links to Streaming Media/Library Resources

To create a permanent URL link (permalink) to one of the library’s subscription databases such as an article from a database, an eBook or a streaming video,  it is necessary to include the library proxy server prefix, don’t be scared it like using an area code for a phone number.   Yes you will still have to login with your BlackBoard user name and password BUT the permalink will take you right to to article, eBook or video instead of having to search for it again. Just think of the uses!  adding a permalink  to a paper or other assignment!  very cool.

https://proxylib.msjc.edu/login?url=   to the front of the blue link

you are finished and have created a  permalink!
